Fire Alarm System upgraded in building
Roof replaced on the stage area located at the back of our community building.
Batting Barn viewing area added for parents to watch at a safe location inside barn.

2019
ADA Walkway added going from lower parking lot to tennis courts
Entire gymnasium painted
Repair fence sinking at Field #1 in the outfield
Asphalt repair at Camelot gate entrance
Paint dugouts
Replace hardware for 4 adult swings
Conduct playground safety check and replace failing playground pieces (including the 2 tunnel pieces on the main playground)
Repair vandalized cameras and siding

2018
Lower Parking Lot (field 2 &3) repaired with new curb
Tennis courts resurfaced, cracks filled, lines repainted and pickleball lines added
Resurface, repaint, fill cracks of basketball court
Replace fence section at Camelot
2 new bleachers, placed at Camelot
Concession stand improvements
       Painted inside and out
       New equipment: sink, grill, 2 fryers, industrial refrigerator, freezer
New Tree in parking lot
New roof on the shed
Large 3 person slide had a hole - several volunteers and a day or so later- broken slide portion replaced
New playground piece installed in place of former balance beam
Handicapped swing broken and replaced
New signs & stickers placed around the grounds
Outdoor receptacles and floodlights installed on the grounds
New lights installed in the main building
Insulation installed in the rafters of the basement
Batting machine and balls

Replaced keyed entry format in most used areas (main building and batting barn) to keyless entry

Community Building Addition & Renovation
Add an addition onto the front and side of the building
Add a small meeting room (estimated to hold up to 30 people)
Add a residential kitchen (stove, refrigerator, cabinet space)
Add a unisex, handicap accessible bath room
Relocate/Expand the Recreation Board office
Install floor/walls/ceiling to the basement and create additional storage
Install Air Conditioning to the main building and to the additional section
Install a new main entrance with a handicap/wheel chair ramp.
Improve the accessibility to the side entrance for handicap/wheel chair access
Paint the ceiling of the main building
Replace the main ceiling lights in the main building
Relocate storage of cleaning supplies to a new supply closet.

2007
Project #1
Relocate lower fields #3 to resolve a water/sunlight problems
Add a walking trail around Fields #2/#3 (1/4 mile)
Add a pavilion and tot lot near Field #3 and the parking lot
Replace the storm water drainage area between Field #2 and the Practice Soccer Field (near Rt. 851)
Replace the basketball rims/nets @ Camelot Court
Remove old dead trees along Rt. 851
Replace the nets destroyed by vandals
Painting of the fences around the facility (FYI: There are 566 Sections of fence at this facility and a section is 5 feet high and 10 feet long)

Replaced the park benches in the playground
Installed Barbeque Grills near the pavilion
Resurfaced the floor in the concession stand
Replace/upgrade playground equipment, install new see-saw
Upgraded outdoor lighting around the facilities
Installed new outdoor lighting on the scout house
Replaced the window shelves/ledges at the concession stand
Painting of the wood poles around the property
Replaced the siding on the Scout House

Walking Trail paved and expanded
Paved the upper parking lot near the Community Building
Installed lights at Camelot Court Parking

2004
New playground equipment at Camelot Court Ball field
Begin fertilization, aeration of the fields program to improve the fields
